Baby Unit

Our little ones love exploring, discovering new things, and, of course, snoozing occasionally!

Our specialist baby units provide a gentle and relaxed introduction to the learning environment for our youngest children. Sensory equipment and an abundance of toys stimulate young minds, whilst regular naps and a nutritious lunch give them the energy to explore, feeding their imaginations and thirst for play.

Toddler Unit

The Toddler Unit is the gateway stage of your child’s journey through education. Every child is different and each individual must be encouraged to pave their own unique path when it comes to learning.

Focusing on personal and social development, the fundamental building blocks of literacy and numeracy (in both English and Welsh) enrich the child’s understanding of the world around them. Our staff adapt activities to the needs and interests of individual children, allowing them to engage with and develop an understanding of the world in a fun-filled environment.

Pre-School

Building upon the foundations laid in the Toddler Unit, our Pre-School Unit will equip your child with the necessary skills to make a happy and stress-free transition into “Big School”.

Communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are further enhanced with focused learning objectives, making sure that your child is ahead of the game on their first day in school.

Transportation to Local Schools

We want your child’s transition from Pobl Bach Nursery to “Big School” to be as seamless and stress-free as possible - for both parent and child! We offer transportation to local schools in Carmarthen, allowing your child to attend a morning or afternoon at their future school. Our vehicles are equipped with booster seats and are driven by our qualified staff.
