We're looking for an experienced cook for our nursery kitchen to become part of the Pobl Bach team!

This is a full-time position between 9:00 am and 4.00 pm, Monday - Friday. Where you will be responsible for creating.

Requirements:

✅ Have a current food hygiene certificate.

✅ Sound knowledge of allergy food groups and how to create dishes minus food allergens if needed is essential.

✅ Have previous experience within the care sector in a nursery or care home, are used to batch cooking large quantities, and understand how to conduct temperature logs.

✅ Welsh speaking is desirable.

✅An Enhanced DBS check is required.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and cook different meals for all of our little ones, ensuring their dietary requirements are followed and met.

• Ensure all meals follow the government's Food and Nutrition Guidance.

• Can cook in large quantities as well as batch cooking.
